The 4th World Congress on Climate Change and Global Warming (6-7 August, 2018 in Osaka) addressed the theme: "Tackling Climate Change for a Sustainable Future". Many species of plants and animals are already moving their range northward or to higher altitudes. Studies have shown that, though CO2 can increase the growth of plants, the plants may become less nutritious. The effect of global warming on human health is expected to be serious. An increase in cases of chronic conditions like asthma is already occurring, most likely as a direct result of global warming. Will we be in time?!"
